Decent pay and subpar benefits

Toxic leadership from Ken Donkersloot. Clearly he wrote a review about himself right after a bad review was posted. There is no current Office Manager at Coastal Roots and it’s 100% the owner writing about a position he has not been in just to help fix his employee rating on this site. Ken doesn’t respect the people who work directly with him and thinks because he pays people well they should put up with being yelled at and talked down to.
