I love the sense of camaraderie in this business. Everyone is willing to take time out to help you grow and develop. I have seen a great deal of development in myself as a business woman through this process and I continue to learn and develop everyday. There is 1 on 1 coaching available and each individual is valued. It is one of the few places I have worked that I feel so much more than a number. Through the business opportunities available I can see a long term future for myself and my career.

We are a wild crazy bunch. If you are not high energy or intense in your pursuit of growth this may not be the place for you. This is also an intense opportunity, so strong time management skills are recommended.
