8yIt is the goal of each position’s rigorous training plan to ensure that each employee is set up for success prior to independent operation; this includes one-on-one counseling, hands on experience, and task shadowing (where and when applicable). If any employee questions the quality or proficiency of their training they should contact their supervisor, manager, director, or Human Resources as it is it is our expectation that employees receive the appropriate level of training required to accomplish their tasks, and be successful in their roles.
