We are sorry to hear about your negative experiences during the transition of Aeroflex to Cobham. Organizational change doesn't happen overnight and is often difficult, especially when employees are directly impacted. We are dedicated to driving an inclusive culture and a respectful workplace and have worked hard to implement a number of programs that aim to improve the quality of our community and build a team environment.
We take all feedback seriously and we are whole-heartily saddened by your comments as your experience with Cobham does not embody our Company values. We urge all employees to raise any concerns of this nature with their manager, HR leaders or anonymously through our Ethics Helpline. The Ethics Helpline is open 24/7 and reports can be made online or by telephone.
