Poor executive leadership. Terrible financial performance. IT infrastructure was severely lacking. (I was surprised we were using computers and not still typewriters.) For all the amazing individual employees working hard to make CAES successful— the poor executive leadership in Crystal City — is negatively impacting everyone. Cobham was the weakest company in terms of leadership and management I’ve ever worked for.... I could not get out quick enough.
