The charter operations manager at the time would work 2 hours a day , schedule emails to send at times he wasn’t there to make you think he was at work. No support , not interested in following guidelines or airport protocol ie wouldn’t display asic . Was promoted over other people who knew how to do the job and was backed in like he had explicit photos of a senior manager or something . The job paid way under anyone else but expected more than anyone else in the industry
