It has a great location.

Team leaders and the head of the QC were pure shambolic. They act as they listen to employees' opinions. However, they have zero respect and tolerance. They do not have any ability to manage a team at all. The working condition is very filthy.

Overtime pay is good considering salaries are some of the lowest in the science sector

Pretty horrible place to work to be honest. Managers don’t have their employees health and safety in mind. Apparently one ended up in hospital, people developed asthma and eczema and a lot of people ended up having to go home because they weren’t feeling well. Management knew about this issue for years and still refused to do anything about it.
