Its unique business model makes the learning curve steeper and its hard to reapply elsewhere. As well, in theory sounds great but the working culture it's still old-school: Long working hours, don't care much about life-balance, hierarchical, growing is either by luck or lobbying/PR with top management. THere's no HR strategy and if you need to contact them, is an outsourced 1-800 number.
