There will always be room for people who wants to get their hands dirty and who are good at working in team. It is a constantly learning environment and gives a lot of opportunities to its people to learn and grow.

Coca-Cola HBC Italy offices are just drowning into projects. Most of them seems to be unmanaged, or just got lost along the way. There is a complete lack of a fixed set of priorities. It seems business strategy is just too weak and it appears to be a mere reactions to past or upcoming events.
