Like two companies under one roof (commercial vs supply) with most of the perks and benefits going to only half of the employees, huge issues with communication both within and between departments, 'shut up and do what you're told' attitude from senior management, self-development and training support non-existent for entire departments. And worst of all is that they are stuck in a set mentality that is seriously holding some areas back from embracing new ideas/solutions thus halting meaningful progress, 'its always been like this, nothing will ever change' is said with alarming frequency amongst some staff.
