No work life balance. Too much pressure. Unrealistic expectations. Too much politics. Micro management. Everything tracked to unnecessary detail. Salary not reflective of expectations. Company talks about culture but it's just talk. Obsessed with getting females into roles rather than the right person. Value externals higher than internals. Recruitment process for internal roles unnecessarily complicated and drawn out.
