There were a lot of nice people who worked there. However, the leadership of the company doesn't care about you. Expect to be stuck in place on the ladder unless you kiss up to department leaders. They convince employees that they are helping people to hear so that the employees can feel less bad about being exploited. Got passed up several times for promotions for reasons that were clearly B.S. At the end of the day, it's a just another greedy corporation that would rather invest in its bottom line than invest in retaining its talented people. I had high hopes when I started at the company. My experience there was really disappointing.
