As time goes on, the people-first narrative fades away, replaced by a focus on profit and superficial success. The company's obsession with sales and marketing takes precedence over the well-being of its workforce. Rather than fostering a culture of growth and empowerment, Codacy chooses to manipulate and control its employees to maintain its image.
