Make shift dev team will leave you embarrassed repeatedly when you're unable to put together solid sprint progress. They expect you to do more with less experienced developers or make shift teams. It's exhausting. Poor communication across the board. One of the product leaders is in over his head and is unable to put together a transition plan for his team to take on work. 4 people quit within the first 6 month I was there.
