Employees hate working here and they treat each other that way. Management refuses to escalate anything. For six weeks straight this past winter, people were forced to work 6 days a week, a minimum of 10 hour days. Managers openly berated employees for not doing their part. Employees - mostly women - were seen crying at their desks. In the last two weeks, a supervisor quit, a quality control specialist who was with the company for years literally got up and walked out, and the managers don't care at all.
