Generally filled with hardworking, fun/likeable, talented folks. Hosts fun social, community service, and team building events. Some may like the fast paced, constantly changing/chaotic startup environment (but many will not, see 'Cons').

Svantaggi

As many of the other Glassdoor reviews note, leadership (which has seen several major changes recently) is inadequate and unable to define a consistent inspiring/realistic roadmap for the business, and seems to constantly change internal messaging. In these difficult economic times (esp. in tech), Code Climate is not able to retain customers since their core products are non-mission critical. This all creates a stressful, messy internal environment.

Leadership and Values Discrepancy: There seems to be a significant gap between the values promoted by the company and those practiced, especially by the CEO. This discrepancy creates a conflicting work environment. Micro-Management Issues: The management style leans heavily towards micro-management, particularly from the director's side. This approach often hinders the autonomy and creativity of the engineering team. Lack of Authenticity in Values: The company's stated values often feel inauthentic or 'for show', leading to a lack of trust and morale among team members.
