Leadership and Values Discrepancy: There seems to be a significant gap between the values promoted by the company and those practiced, especially by the CEO. This discrepancy creates a conflicting work environment. Micro-Management Issues: The management style leans heavily towards micro-management, particularly from the director's side. This approach often hinders the autonomy and creativity of the engineering team.
