Plenty of food in the fridge, coffee machine and beautiful view but don't be fool by all of the glitters on the outside!

I had a very negative experience working at this company. I felt that the work environment was unprofessional and toxic. Some of the issues I faced were: 1. There was a lot of gossip and inappropriate behavior among the staff. I did not feel comfortable or respected in this setting. 2. There was no work-life balance or respect for personal time. Due to toxic example of one envious employee, I was expected to work at night and on Sundays, and was criticized for not doing so. 3. There was no effective communication or feedback. Instead, I felt that I was constantly being tricked and blamed for things I did not do. The HR department was not helpful or trustworthy, and she shared confidential information with others to humiliate and defame me and to get me fired. 4. I also had concerns about my privacy and security. I suspected that they were tracking my messages and hacking into my devices without my consent.
