Terrible place to work. Management/Ownership has no idea what they are doing. They blame the employees for the numbers going down while making no effort to grow the client base. There is no sales or marketing that goes on but they think if they keep upping the level of micro management it will some how make new projects appear out of thin air. Manager has clear favorites that rules dont apply to. He also complains about everything like an angsty teenage girl. You are not allowed to talk about anything other than work (unless you are one of the managers favorites) or be away from your seat for more than 15 minutes. You have sick time taken away for being 5 minutes late. Everyone is treated like a child that can’t be trusted with anything. You are not allowed to have an opinion. Management is never wrong and if you question they will literally laugh in your face. The worst kind if ignorance. They will never ask for feedback because they dont value you at all. The most stale and boring stereotypical office environment you will ever see. No company culture to speak of. One of the partners is a spoiled rich (through marriage) manchild who flies around Europe for the entire summer and then comes back and tightens the rules and blames other people for his failing business.

Simple work if you're interested in design. You'll get to work on some of the biggest projects in the city. Management has been restructured and the difference is night and day

Self-starter position. Very rapid workflow because the clients are demanding. Busy times are very busy but otherwise its pretty relaxed.

Time off varies year to year based on coverage, however, 5 extra paid days off is a huge perk that isn't talked about enough. -Make Up Time policy is very flexible - Certifications, tuition reimbursement, and continuing education

I do not understand where the sense of entitlement some employees that are given a chance to work in this office comes from. Some employees will shamelessly spend their day browsing the internet while their teammates juggle a larger workload to compensate for their lack of work.
