Simple hours (we had exclusively after school sessions, so it was easy to have something else in the mornings like classes) Networking capabilities (most people that come have some kind of desire or relationship to the tech industry, talking to parents was always fun in that regard) Over all look at like a summer job but make sure to connect with people.

Felt more like a front desk person than a manager. If I was treated like a manager i may have stayed a little longer. But I wasn’t given any tools to help my instructors. Our center director kept everything to themselves and wasn’t in most days. So they didnt know what we needed help with. When i would bring something up, it would be tossed aside.
