Bad management structure that puts a big emphasis on converting kids into cash. Work schedules were also given out with 1 day of advance notice (On sunday the schedule for the following day-monday came out) Not much thought into learning outcomes and failed to take key suggestions from university level computer science students. Was given a "lesson plan" that is not supportive to learning and no option to change it. Daily activities for the kids were very repetitive and lacked in progressing new abilities or refining old ones.
