Must be self-motivated, this company has a flat organizational structure so you won't have a manager telling you what to do. Some thrive in this environment, some find it challenging. You need to be able to recruit to be successful here - there are no pure sales/AM/biz dev positions. Even the founders recruit which is probably why we are so successful.
