I’m sorry to hear it was your experience that you felt overworked. Team members feeling stressed about their workload was not a consistent or systemic problem that was brought to our attention. At Code To The Future, we want to cultivate an environment where team members feel energized, fulfilled in their work, and have a healthy work/life balance. Also, it is unclear why you felt you, or customers were lied to, but please know that Integrity is one of our core values at Code To The Future, and it is a value that our team consistently operates with and holds in high regard.
Since the time when you were at the company over 2.5 years ago, we have persevered through the COVID season and remain dedicated to go above and beyond for our students, teachers, and schools. We are always seeking to improve, and wish you the best in your future job endeavors.
