After the company migration, the leadership quality has significantly deteriorated. Bangalore leadership lacks the courage to stand up for employees and consistently caves in when the US team dominates decisions. There is heavy micromanagement from the US leadership, and the India team has little to no voice. Concerns raised locally are rarely addressed, and ground realities are completely ignored. The focus is purely on delivery timelines with no consideration for the quality and effort, challenges, or long working hours put in by the India team. When things go wrong, leadership looks for a scapegoat and Individuals are blamed and let go, and repeat the same in next project. Advice to Prospective Employees: People who are currently here should strongly consider moving out. Those planning to join and reading reviews should think carefully. You may regret by accepting the offer. Overall Experience: I have worked here for almost six years, and the decline after the migration has been disappointing. The culture has shifted from collaborative to controlling, with little respect for employee efforts.
