Great benefits and fun team environment. They also promote growing and learning while you are working there. They value each member of the team.

Working remote can keep you from really connecting with everyone on the team (they try to alleviate this with video meetings and setting up time to speak with other members outside of your team). The company is newer so they are still working on programs and solutions and bugs are still being worked out.
