No proper communication between employees and management regarding any issues. 8. HR department is just a show-off. HR's don't even stay for a long time. If HR's want to stay for long time then they need to impress the CEO and not listen to employees concerns. 9. People talk in Tulu and Kannada inside the office (No professionalism). 10. Pathetic communication by senior people as well. 11. Before joining lot of commitments are made to make the joining possible. Later you will come to know the reality. 12. If you are a good employee, definitely you will run away in one year. Many good employees have run away from here within 1 year. 13. If you don't complete 8 hours, the very next day you get a warning email. 14. Stinky washrooms and no water. Most of the times you end up going to City Centre for using washrooms. 15. Company has funds but no infra. 16. CodeCraft is new era blue-collar slavery. 17. One of the Android Manager always uses Amazon and does some part-time business. 18. Once many employees protested outside the office as we see in government offices. The very next day one employee was fired. 19. It is the best institute I could say where you can experience as how you can work at this level of MICRO-MANAGEMENT (by Top management).
