They give salary on time

* Not a competitive Salary * Favouritism at peak * Politics at peak * Lack of growth as they only work on one product with very old and limited set of technology stack. * No surety of Annual Increments at all. You may or may not get increment, depending upon the management's mood, ignoring all your efforts, expertise or whatever. * Zero Appreciation and you won't feel you are hired by a software company. * No job security at all.
