The company has principles it adheres to, not just buzzwords. 1. Caring for every employee. The company will always help you and never leave you. During the pandemic and the war, no one was laid o? just to cut costs, as was the case in "successful companies" where everyone wanted to go, there were a couple of layo?s that happened regardless of the situation. In time of these events the employees who were on benches were not fired, nor were their salaries cut. During the war, evacuation to a safe zone, shelters and material aid was provided to everyone who needed it even to people who did not work for the company, the company spent huge resources on this and now continues to do so using its charity project. In times of peace and quiet you could also go to any problem and they would always help you. This also a?ected the customers, the company and employees adapted quickly, were safe, and within 1-2 weeks continued to work full time. 2. Honesty, transparency. The company holds a meeting once a year for everyone, where they tell us where we are going, what we have achieved, what are our plans for the future, what mistakes we have made and the conclusions we have drawn from them. But the most important thing is that at any moment you can come to anyone, even to the founders of the company and ask any question and always get a clear answer, not something abstract, even if the question is related to sales, although you are from the development department. This also applies to clients, the company works with adequate and pleasant clients, which in turn create a good and productive atmosphere. 3. Team. People here are hired more on soft skills first, which are in line with the nature of the company itself. Everyone is friendly, open and nice people, always ready to help. It happened of course that the company got people who had a lot of negative qualities, it happens, but the company parted with them as honestly as possible from its side, although it lost resources. People are the most important and valuable thing here. 4. Professionalism. As I wrote above although soft skills first, the company also ensures the quality of services provided. I came here as a trainee and quickly grew thanks to the strong professionals who mentored me. The company has a well developed mentoring process, there are clear conditions and understanding of how to grow and improve your skills. For those who come as middle, senior, if you are suitable for soft skills, but have gaps in knowledge you will be helped to close them, because quality is an integral part of working at CodeIT. If you want to change direction or sphere, you can always do it inside the company and you will be glad to be helped in realization of it, you can move from Frontend to Backend, become Fullstack or move to sales or management. 5. Customer Orientation. The company always builds good and long term relationships with customers and thanks to the atmosphere and principles it has achieved a huge return on investment from employees who have no problem doing extra miles, who care about the customer's product as their own and try to make it as good as possible. CodeIT is not just a company, but a symbiont of the best qualities for both employees and customers that is constantly improving.

It's hard to say about the downsides. The company is not growing quickly, but this allows it to be stable in any situation and focuses on quality. Probably for me the downside is that the company does not have offices in Europe so that if you wanted to move, you could get a job there and continue working for CodeIT, because I do not want to leave this company.
