I won't suggest anyone to join this company. Everything is fake in this, HRs are just doing job not any task and controlled by CEO, they just come for time pass. They never listen to employees, worst salary structure and upto 12 hours working in a day even they forced to work on weekend(sunday), only one weekend is there that is sunday. Poor work–life balance with frequent overtime Unrealistic deadlines and constant pressure Micromanagement and lack of trust in employees Poor communication from management Limited learning and skill development opportunities No clear career progression path Promotions and hikes are delayed or inconsistent
