There's lots of interaction between experienced teammates to learn and improve. Mentorship: The leaders are accessible and willing to guide employees to better positions. There is adequate mentoring of interns and junior developers. Ownership: There is much accountability, and hence, much to learn for technical as well as problem-solving skills.

      There is no pros in this company.

      I joined them as a trainee and they promissed for job interviews for us and never conducted interviews for me and some othere member at the company. They have very unprofessional with this and didn't fulfill what they said at the time of joining. They said lot of lies at the time of joining like giving placement japan or other country but they didn't even gave us interview in India.
