This is a very lax work environment. Hello flip-flops, t-shirts, and jeans! There's a shower, an arcade cabinet, a beer fridge, and a come and go as you please environment. There's gaming and occasional outings and a level of understanding for real life troubles most places don't offer.

This is a very lax work environment. The company has come over the fine line where that's okay. While the developers and various key people in the company continue to work extremely hard, they aren't enough to hold it together forever and even the most productive and driven person won't carry it forever.
