I have been working here for 1.5 years and it is a good place to work if you are looking for an opportunity to work on new technologies. If you are looking for startups to build you as they build themselves, then there you go, I introduce you to CB. There is a greater chance of building your reputation and recognition as it's a growing company. The management team is very supportive and is encouraging employees to learn new technology. Also, senior tech managers are very friendly and helpful. There is no hierarchy system and everyone works together as a team to meet project deadlines. You can avail a week or more WFH during your long leaves. Very good flexible timings and no time logs. NO LOP for late coming and early leaving. Employees will come and leave by anytime, the only thing the company requires is finishing the project/task on time. No much pressure here.
