Great culture and values, management does not have large corporate experience, but treats the employees fairly and promotes cultural variety within teams, as well as care about the well-being and happiness of the employees. Pay for company trips to Umeå and summer/Christmas gatherings twice a year.

Nothing. Only problem might be that they don't have an office in Stockholm.
