During my exit process, I had to make numerous follow-ups regarding salary and Full & Final settlement matters. Although payment timelines were communicated, they were not consistently met, and resolution often required repeated reminders and escalations. Even after escalating the matter to senior leadership, the outstanding settlement issues remained unresolved for an extended period.

Important employment-related information such as project allocation, release status, notice period handling, payroll matters, and exit formalities lacked transparency. Employees are frequently left uncertain about future assignments, which creates unnecessary stress and instability. Salary, payslips, and Full & Final settlement-related matters required multiple reminders and escalations before any action was taken. Commitments communicated over calls and emails were not always honored within the promised timelines. Obtaining clear responses on payroll, leave balances, and settlement calculations was challenging. Escalations through multiple levels did not always result in timely resolution. The overall employee experience felt reactive rather than process-driven.
