      1- we can decide when to come when to go , WFH/Office/Leave. 2- work life will be well balanced like other work culture if u don't have work also u have to stay it's not like only if work is there give the work on time . 3-Very supportive culture from the senior management. 4- owners are very humble, honest, positive
