THE TEAM: incredibly competent, thoughtful, and resourceful team that works together to tackle a truly complex and antiquated industry - if you want to be amongst people that you respect and learn from - this team has it THE GROWTH: the company is growing rapidly and just received investment from prominent new investors to fuel their next stage of growth THE BENEFITS: most people can work remote or hybrid. We have off sites quarterly and executive leadership truly cares about employee experience.

Codi is still in its early stages which means tons of challenges (expected and unexpected) pivots, and more. Not a good place for someone who can't handle uncertainty or tasks that don't fall under their job description. Codi is the kind of place where everyone pitches in regardless of the job.
