Ok work environment with terrible pay. - Recensione dipendente - Welder/Fabricator presso Codi Manufacturing

Payed well under state average for same job. Around 3 to 6 hours an hour under state avrage in my case. management frogets stuff alot. My proformance review was a whole pay period late. Hours are inconsistent with little notice. Expect work to be done to very high quality but wont pay fairly.
