Great opportunities for personal growth. Remote option is great, but also takes getting used to. Impressive (but very challenging) projects. Very challenging clients. Ideas put forward on improving efficiency and workflows are generally welcomed and taken onboard - not as bureaucratic as other big firms.

Svantaggi

Leadership at the top are not as transparent about the status of the company as a whole, leading to lot's of uncertainty below and often loss of talent. No real avenue to provide feedback to managers and leadership. Work-life balance and work hour expectations can be brutal depending on the project - project deadlines are sometimes unreasonable. Not enough is done to nurture a cohesive firm culture for both in-office and remote employees .

Attracts talented team members, wins large municipal projects with meaningful briefs.

Too much focus on / involvement in Middle East. Clients were nightmarish and C+P leadership did not successfully manage expectations, leading to unrealistic demands on design team with lots of overtime work expected but not compensated. Excessive turnover within design teams perpetuates the issue, leaving projects understaffed and chaotic-feeling.
