Collaboration is encouraged but it will help to have more initiatives that facilitate global interaction. Not for the faint hearted - this is a fast paced, high trust environment needing a self-starter mentality! It's a high trust environment, that has a lot of positives, but also comes with responsibility to be a self-starter.

Joining Coevolve has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Everything you could hope for in a workplace environment: - Autonomy - Fairness - Flexibility - Leadership that is focused on results A company that truly cares for its employees work/life balance and well being. Every member of the business is devoted to the customers and beyond helpful. Whether I message a member of the service team or the CEO asking for assistance I get a reply almost immediately. Should you find yourself going through the interview process with Coevolve. As cliché as it sounds, you'll like question "Is this too good to be true?" like I did - many times. But it wasn't and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made.

This is a smaller company, global in nature and fully remote - dependent on region. If you are not a self-starter and able to motivate yourself, you may struggle with working here.
