The team is full of genuinely smart, kind people who care about the work and about each other. It’s a collaborative environment where people are willing to jump in, share ideas, and help solve problems together. Because the company is still growing, you also get a lot of exposure across different parts of the business, which keeps the work interesting and gives people the chance to take ownership early. There’s a lot of trust given to people to do good work without a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy.
