5yHealthy things grow. But growth can make you unhealthy if not managed well. We can't lose our focus; health first, growth follows. One of the reasons to grow is to create opportunity to accommodate your career objectives.
Looks like we have some more work to do on the soft skills side of management. Not surprising, as we are engineers. But even us engineers can grow in this area of life, and figure out how to turn the nerd off and lead with empathy. Thanks for the feedback and for being on our team for so many years.
