5yI am glad you enjoy working here and have found rewarding projects to work on. Obviously not too stoked about the workaholic cultural reference. Really sorry to hear that is your experience/perception. We do sincerely desire people to achieve a sustainable work/life balance. We continually evaluate our PTO program to make sure it is competitive in the market place. The fact that we pay our exempt employees for every hour worked (straight time for overtime) is fairly unique in the industry. If we can bill an hour. You should get paid an hour.
