5yThanks for the positive outlook and nice place to work comment. The con that you mentioned is very similar comment to the one received on June 6. See that response for some clarification. There are parts of acting big that we are specifically trying to avoid. The only way to avoid those things is to have general managers that cooperate with each other so the company doesn't have to impose cooperation with policy. But as a big company, there are policies that can't be avoided. So yes, we are trying to act small and be big. It's a tension worth living in. Thanks again. Dave Ruff - CEO
