Good work/life balance is definitely something we strive for. Life is too short to spend all of it at work. There are definitely spurts of super-busy in this business that is driven by our customer's deadlines, but we try to keep that from being the norm. Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
