10yThank you for your thoughtful words about our company. We do make a concerted effort to keep the culture in the forefront of our minds and decision making. I just met with all of the GM's and we discussed the culture at Coffman as being one of our key differentiators, so we spent time defining it and strategized about how to perpetuate it. The leadership is committed to "keep it up" as you say.
Regarding medical premiums, you are right. Everyone is experiencing increases and unfortunately it doesn't appear to be improving. We can't control the overall market forces, but we do not assume that it is all out of our control. We are trying to shape our total benefits package to increase awareness about how our individual decision making can affect future cost impacts. We also expend a lot of energy each year to provide the best benefits possible. We will be applying more creativity in the future to address this concern. Your input is welcome and needed. Please talk to a person on the benefits committee.
