10yThanks so much for your list of "Pros". It is always encouraging to hear that we are getting some very important things right. You mentioned that in-fighting is not tolerated and I am glad that value is being accurately represented throughout our organization. In some organizations you can elbow your way to the top and manipulate in order to gain recognition. That is the antithesis of who we are. As you inferred, teamwork and team success are the measures that we use in deciding about a new hire and also to determine if someone is a long term fit. If someone thinks they are going to get noticed by running over the top of people, you may as well apply to a different company. Inspire people to follow you, and the sky is the limit. Thanks again for your comments.
As far as your specific advice, you have identified an issue that is becoming more and more prevalent. We have made some changes, but we have some more brainstorming to do in order to come up with a program that achieves the retention you identified. Dave Ruff - President
