      Seriously do not have any complaints except some offices have storage of employees, so one shall have to work for projects in other offices.

      Office autonomy plus teamwork. That's our secret sauce. Grant as much authority as possible to as close to the problems being solved as possible. That results in client and employee satisfaction. But balance this with office's desire to help each other out, and now you have something special.       Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
