No job stability. They offer a high package after a month, and then they fire you. I joined for project after joining, they kept me on bench, and 2 months later they forcefully make me resign. Positive review, you were seeing thats a fake. If you discuss with an existing employee 3 year 3-year-old they said in appraisal that they received 1 rupee appraisal
