1. The notice period is 3 months, and will not release early at any cost, even with buyout. 2. There are lot of resignations daily, and replacements hired. They do not try to stop employees even if they are star performers. 3. Variable is very low stating absurd reasons. 4. Hike is negligible and they try to delay as much as they can 5. BHR communication is very bad. If you need any help, its long and tiring process. 6. Office location is very outskirts 7. Food quality needs improvement 8. If you are in tech which does not have many projects, than you would always be stressed
