They promised to provide the joining commitment(travel, shifting etc.) also mentioned in the offer letter but did not provide after joining. Work related experience depends on the project to project, but I worked on the project for SITA account, which is very bad in every aspect. Project is of fixed bid, management continuously forced to work overtime, and on weekends as well. Lot of office politics and mismanagement. No professionalism. Lot of people have to resign due to this continuous pressure and abuse in the workplace, Manager called on 1 AM night and asked to do some unnecessary work. I have also heard that he abuse team also in the call. Even AVP, Senior manager also called on weekends to do some work, which is very pathetic. Project is a mess, no one know what to do. If you come forward to help, they will put entire burden on you. If you complaint they will give you threats to fire you and create problem in you background verification. Even after leaving the org. they didn't do the F&F settlement, after various mails and 2 months they provide my salary.

no bonus, no raise. So ask for a good amount of money from day 1
